How long does it take to order custom chairs?
Most orders, however, are delivered within 6-8 weeks of the order date.

Do you ship out of state?
Yes, we will ship items out of state but please note that some items may require additional charges.

What is bonded leather?
Bonded leather is a combination of multiple leather scraps from leather hides made at the factory. It is a less costly way to get the look and feel of 100% leather. Bonded leather will show no markings that you might see on a 100% leather hide. It is free of all imperfections and characteristics such as brand marks, barbed wire scrapes, etc.

Will the freight company call me first before delivering my chairs?
Yes, the freight company or local delivery service will call to schedule delivery before bringing the chairs to your home.

What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery simply means the freight company will deliver your chairs, bring them in your home, set them up, and dispose of all boxes and waste. All you have to do is sit back and relax while they do the work!

What if my order is damaged or wrong?
The local freight company will inspect your order while setting up your chairs to ensure there is no damage. However, if the order arrives at your home and you see signs of damage, simply call us and let us know. Most issues such as small abrasions on the leather, malfunctioning electrical parts (LED cups), scratched feet or other small issues can be handled without replacing the entire chair. In the event you have a small issue, Furniture Repair technicians will be contacted and your chairs will be repaired in a timely manner. However, if the chair is damaged beyond repair, we will replace the chair which can take an additional 6-8 weeks.

What is your Return/Cancellation Policy?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the order date with no penalty. If you choose to cancel your order after that time you may be subjected to a restocking fee of 25%. Returns made after delivery date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and buyer will handle all delivery costs. Custom orders cannot be exchanged, canceled or returned. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Please inspect all items upon delivery and if items arrive to your home damaged please call us immediately. We will make note of damages and all items that can be repaired will be repaired by a technician. If the item is damaged beyond repair, we will replace the damaged piece which can take an additional 6-8 weeks. Please note that custom orders typically arrive within 6-8 weeks but problems can arise and cause a delay in delivery. We will do our best to get your items delivered in a timely manner.
